IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR WOMEN'S APPAREL PURCHASES: You have the legal right to cancel your purchase contract within 14 days
without giving any reason. Please note that returned clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original brand tags intact due to
hygienic and resalable standards.
1. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION (RIGHT TO WITHDRAW)
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the
day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the last goods in your order.
2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXERCISING CANCELLATION
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear, unequivocal statement (e.g.,
a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of
cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
3. EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION & REIMBURSEMENT
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception
of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery
offered by us).
Reimbursement Timeline: We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we
receive back from you any goods supplied, or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the
goods.
Payment Method: We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction,
unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
4. RETURN OF GOODS & SHIPPING COSTS
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on
which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14
days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Diminished Value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to
establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items (e.g., trying on garments for fit is allowed, but wearing, washing, or
damaging items will incur a deduction).
5. EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for:
The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., intimate apparel,
swimwear, or bodysuits) if unsealed after delivery.
